I HAVE A PASSION TO HEAL THE WORLD!
As a wife & mother to 3 beautiful boys, I understand how it can be extremely challenging to both parent and be a supportive spouse in the way that we wish we could, but sometimes our emotions take over, causing us to do things we often regret.
Overcoming a life of mental, physical, and sexual abuse that led to self-harm, failed suicide attempts, drug and alcohol abuse, has given me experience and knowledge to understand the challenging scenarios many women with unhealed trauma face on a daily basis whether it's generation, personal or both.
I've spent over 12 years researching and restoring my overall health to experience mental relief, physical wellness and spiritual growth. I now have to deep desire to help guide my fellow sisters to gain freedom, peace, health and happiness so they can start parenting from a place of wholeness over brokenness.
